Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nation Gear. Nation Gear products are produced and fulfilled through Levelwear US.

What's your return policy?
You can start a return here. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Purchasers that opted in for Checkout+ will have free returns. Purchasers that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags still attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains or marks may not be eligible for a refund. If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, Nation Gear reserves the right to refuse the return.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds, exchanges and store credit are available on eligible returns through our returns portal. If you received the wrong item or your item is defective, please start a return and include photos. If your order was damaged during shipping, contact us at support@levelwear.com with photos of the damaged items and we'll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Yes. You can request an exchange when you start a return. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts or please size up as all clothing is unisex—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@levelwear.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once checkout is complete. If you entered the wrong item, size, colour, or shipping address, please email support@levelwear.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once fulfillment begins, we may be unable to update or cancel your order.
